Our elders oversee the spiritual aspects of the church. The term “elder” refers to age as well as spiritual maturity. These men are called to lead and watch over the family at Northside.
They “tend the flock” by teaching, correcting, guiding, protecting, counseling, and praying for us. The qualifications for elders are found in I Timothy 3:2-7.
