Our Kids Are Having a BLAST!
Last summer we introduced a program called BLAST for children who have completed 3rd-6th grades. BLAST (Bible Learning And Service Training) lets kids participate in workshops to increase their Bible knowledge and learn how to develop and use their talents to contribute to God’s Kingdom.
The dates of BLAST this year are June 14, 21, 27, and 28. This summer’s workshops include Singing, Sharpening Our Swords, Hospitality, Song Leading, Intro to Teaching “Little Lambs,” Art, Gardening, Science, Public Speaking, Sign Language, Journaling, Drama, and Puppets!
PLEASE COME! On Wednesday, June 28, our BLAST students will demonstrate some of the skills they’ve learned. At 6pm and 6:20pm they will perform dramas and puppet plays Drama room and the Kindergarten room. At 7 pm, our regular class time, please join them as they give short talks, and lead us in songs.
