Kreg and Becky Greenwood

The youngest of eight children, Kreg grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Northwest Church of Christ where he was baptized at 14. Becky was raised in Emporia with two older sisters. Her dad and mom were the principal motivation and workers for the Church of Christ building that was constructed there in the 1950s.

Becky and Kreg were single when they placed membership at Northside in 1985, marrying the following year. They have two children. Their son, Kaleb, is married to Calie, and live in Bel Aire with their four children. Their daughter, Becca, is married to Jacob Allbritton, and has one son, they live in Edmond, Oklahoma.

For 30 years, being Northside’s annual Family Camp director was a wonderful way for Kreg and Becky to serve together. During that time, Kreg spent five years as the deacon over adult and children’s education. Their kids enjoyed helping them update the picture board and producing the picture directory for many years. Becky has served on the WWWG management team, taught classes from cradle roll up through 6th grade, and served with the Wednesday night meal team for several years before working in the church office since 2003 as the database administrator. Kreg enjoyed serving on the Missions Oversite Team for three years before becoming an elder in 2019.

While attending Oklahoma Christian University, they met by being placed on the same mission team to Europe. Kreg graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Becky earned a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology and she worked in that field for 12 years before staying at home with their children for several years. During college, Kreg had an unusual job every summer selling books door-to-door in four different states. It provided him the unique experience of meeting over 15,000 families in their homes.

Kreg worked for 20 years with Business Systems Inc., an office equipment dealer. That company was purchased in 2005 by Konica Minolta Business Solutions, a world-wide technology company. He continues to work there serving as the Branch Sales Manager since 2020.

Their dream for Northside is to continue sowing the seed of the Gospel individually, in our community, across our KYB viewing areas, and around the world through our mission efforts.
