Elaine was introduced to Northside as a speaker for the first Women Walking with God conference in 2007. She returned two other times as a speaker for WWWG and in 2010 was invited to join the staff at Northside. She is currently working as a pastoral counselor for Northside members, trainer for the Celebrate Recovery ministry and conducts Soul Care classes. Elaine graduated from Harding University with a BA in Bible. She received her MA in counseling from Lincoln Christian Seminary and her doctorate of ministry in marriage and family from Regent University.

Elaine is married to Darrell who has been a minister for 37 years. They have one son Jonathan who lives in Illinois with his wife Kate and three grandchildren: Josiah, Asher and Charis. Darrell serves as ministry leader for Celebrate Recovery at Northside, works with Carpenter Place, and preaches in various places.

Elaine and Darrell have spent their 36 years together sharing Jesus to people across the U.S. as well as in Jordan (where Elaine was reared). They find the most joy in walking with others into the healing grace of God. Elaine also enjoys her grandkids, family, music, traveling and the beach.
